All construction and equipping works have been completed according to the schedule and, just as importantly, the facility has been fully commercialized, completing 100% of the shopping, dining and entertainment offer. Galeria Chełm – a joint venture of Acteeum and Equilis – is already getting ready to welcome its first customers. Almost three weeks before the official opening, this first shopping center in Chełm has already completed all construction and interior works. Aesthetic finishing touches are made in the fully equipped facility to provide great impressions and experience to all visitors from day one. At the same time, Galeria can boast 100% commercialization, thus confirming the high attractiveness among tenants and great attention to the offer best suited to the expectations of customers from Chełm and the region.

Galeria Chełm on the area of 17.5 thousand sqm. will offer 55 commercial premises and over 550 parking spaces.
